Refund Policy

We don’t often get refund requests, however, if you’re looking to start a refund we would be happy to help you with that. Refunds on products that are not damaged can be requested by contacting us. We will refund the cost of your order, less any shipping fees. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item we will reimburse your shipping cost.


Returns are permitted within 30 days of your order. However, if more than 30 days have passed please contact us. We’re here to make things right.

For a full refund all items must be in the same condition in which you received them and in original packaging. Partial refunds may be granted if an item is not is original condition, more than 30 days has passed, or the item is slightly damaged (but you are willing to keep it).

Your refund will be processed once we receive and review the returned item. All refunds will be returned to the original payment method, however, refunds requested after 30 days may be granted store credit.

Please contact us for an exchange. If an item is damaged we’re happy to honor all exchanges, however, we review all other exchange requests on a case by case basis.


When your return is authorized we will give you the correct address to send it to. You are responsible for all shipping costs unless the item was damaged or the wrong item. Please use tracking if your item is over $50 as we cannot guarantee that an item will be received.
